Returns and Exchanges:

If your product is faulty, or we sent you the wrong order by mistake, contact us within 5 days of delivery to get a replacement.

If you changed your mind or it wasn’t what you were expecting, we’ll be happy to exchange your purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning Items for Exchange:

• Send your items back to us within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
• We will process your exchange as soon as you mail your item back to us.

Return for Refaund:

All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. 

Only one return transaction per order will be accepted. Therefore, it is best to carefully examine ALL items received to ensure satisfaction before making a return of a portion of your order.

If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

• International customers (outside Bulgaria) must arrange their own postage.
• We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return.
